What is bidhive.com?

A free online auction platform with a syndicated marketing package for professional sellers. For buyers, bidhive offers an opportunity to log on and bid directly through our live bidding platform with the confidence a professional seller will take them all the way to the closing table.

How is bidhive different than other property auction sites?

bidhive caters to real estate professionals to facilitate their transactions and keep control over their property listings.   As bidhive.com is completely free to professional sellers, we don't succeed unless you succeed at selling the property.  This keeps bidhive.com motivated and focused on advertising and promoting your property.

How do I get an account on bidhive?

Go to www.bidhive.com home page and click the register button. It is free.

I am a selling my home for sale by owner, how can I get it on bidhive.com?

We definitely would like to see your home on bidhive.com.  However, bidhive.com only accepts listing from Realtors, Auctioneers, Builders, and Asset Managers.  We suggest you meet with a local REALTOR or auctioneer and depending on your property and objectives discuss with them the your property sale and the role bidhive.com can play in that process.  We maintain an active list of bidhive REALTORS and Auctioneer partners and will be happy to send you the list for your area.

We have more than 20 listings we want to post do we have to enter them manually?

No you do not need to enter them manually. Our bulk upload system can be used to enter all your listing at once. Please call to discuss acceptable database formats and required data fields.

Can I still sell a property outside of bidhive once it is loaded online?

You are in charge of your properties online and offline.  It is your decision if you want all buyers to offer through bidhive.com or only those originated through bidhive.com.  You or any other agent can show and sell the property as you normally would.  You are also free to remove the listing from bidhive.com at any time.  However, if the property is sold to a registered bidhive.com bidder, that user will be charged the buyers premium fee of 500.00. If the buyer has not been registered on bidhive.com as a user there is no fee.

How do I get a commission on the sale?

Bidhive.com gets the highest bidder online and then gives the buyer to you to complete the transaction and forms necessary in your state to complete the sale. Your standard forms, business practices, commission splits etc. will all be the same.

How do you find buyers?

Through syndicated marketing and targeted email campaigns your properties are advertised throughout the internet real estate communities.  All of the online listing including yours then drive traffic and leads to you and bidhive.com

Can I remove a property from bidhive.com?

Yes, you have control over your postings at all times.

What do the sign riders look like?

When you set the auction start for a property listing we send you a bidhive.com sign rider.  Riders are a standard 24" x 6" size and can easily be attached to most sign designs.

Why the name bidhive?

bibidhive is a combination of bidding and bee hive.  bidhive.com's business philosophy is based on a bee keeper model.  A beekeeper maintains hives for bees, here bidhive is the hive for real estate professionals.  The bees in turn leave honey in the hive, in this case properties for sale.  The beekeeper collects the honey and distributes it to customers in exchange for money, here properties are marketed to the public and the public pays to secure the property for themselves.  The beekeeper then uses that money to maintain, grow, and improve the hive, just like bidhive.com continues to do.
